I remember someone tweeted Shaun last year regarding Dorothy, and he mentioned that he was planning on bringing it back soon, albeit possibly slightly altered. Wonder if he's still sticking to that.I still haven't tried these single-hop IPAs from Shaun. Hoping one day they return.
If anyone has any of these in their cellar, let me know:
- Galaxy Single Hop Pale Ale
- Rakau Single Hop Pale Ale
- Columbus Single Hop Pale Ale
- Apollo Single Hop Pale Ale
- Pacifica Single Hop Pale Ale
- Sorachi Ace Single Hop Pale Ale
- Summit Single Hop Pale Ale
- Civil Disobedience (Release 2)
- Dorothy
- Biere de Mars
- Edith (2010)
- Phenomena
- Hill Farmstead/Tired Hands The Myth of Saison

I'd love to one day try every beer HFS has ever made. I'm at 79 out of 100 right now.
Nice list. Never thought about how many I've tried until now:Jesus. 79/100 is nuts. I miss too many releases from being 3+ hours away. But since this is a HF thread, I guess I can go ahead and post my list, thus far:
Interesting...I never actually tallied it but I will be around 85/100 once I get through some of the newer bottles. Maybe higher because I can't actually remember if I had some of these random blends that Shaun kegged for fests.
does ANYONE truly love that hop?!Summit... I hate that ******* hop
I've been tracking and made a list - http://adam-jackson.net/beer/update-on-the-hill-farmstead-gotta-review-em-all-project/
85 seems very high but if you've been going there since they opened in 2010, you'd have a lot by now. Especially the VIP blends at festivals.
Biere de Mars brewed Spring 2011... perhaps an additional batch that was on tap at Farmhouse (in Burlington - not FoFA) last fall.
OH ****!! LEMME SUCK YO DICK87 of the 105 beers currently listed on the old site.

Competing with MC2 for my favorite blend.
