@HillFarmstead Bourbon Barrel Aged Everett being bottled next week. Also... Flora aged on 300 grams/liter of Montmorency and Balaton Cherries...

I bet Cherry Flora is a 375, this feels like one he'll want to spread the love with. I believe Satsuma Flora was in bottles for 2-3 months before release...so who knows, could be a while here. Perhaps a dual release with Flora Cuvee, whenever that happens?!

We should also be hearing about Norma getting bottled...Feb. 27 release for that last year.

Nope. Flora Cuvee is Flora with extended aging, 22 months in barrels according to HF twitter. Perhaps different batches of Flora blended together? Who know.

Flora w/ Cherries is definitely separate. Also, be on the looking for Flora w/ Blueberries coming later this year.

Phil told me that Flora Cuvee was just a darn good batch of Flora. He said they always have X amount of Flora aging in barrels, and these particular barrels that Cuvee was taken from just tasted way better than usual.

Unless I am having a major brain fart, Norma already got bottled. That was a few weeks ago, I think?

Hoping Flora Cuvee and/or Flora with Cherries is a March release. We're planning another NYC beer run up in March and would move hell and high water to get bottles of either.

Interesting that Daybreak is 375s...here's hoping there's still a lot of it so that we can get 2-3 bottles at a time. Those four barrels that held daybreak look pretty large to me. Plus, he'll be sending a bunch to Mikkeller I'm sure. Very excited for this one!

Le Sarrasin also sounds fantastic.
