Oh hell yeah (re: E.). And actually, seeing upcoming Everett, I would assume my earlier guess about the 500 mL bottles might be wrong, and maybe the bottles are Everett as well. That would be wonderful. I've been out of Everett bottles for a long time....

Anyone have any insight on "Excursions #1"? Osyrus? Is that renamed Three Magic Letters?

Very impressive list. I pray that my travel schedule allows me to keep up with these release beers. I'm in VT like once a month so I'm doing my best to keep up with things. Personally, here's what I'm looking forward to the most:

Le Sarrasin
Beyond Good and Evil
CD 8
Daybreak (BA)
Everett (BA)
New NORMA!!!!


I've had BA Everett and obviously have had norma but they're amazing beers and I'd love to get more. Every wine barrel saison from shaun lately has been incredible and a wheat maple barrel stout sounds incredible. I don't know much about CD 8 but if it's anything like CD4, we're in for a treat!

The next 2-3 months is going to rock

Current plan is to drive up Wednesday night from Baltimore to Brattleboro. Then on to Warren and HF Thursday morning.

I see some snow forecast for Wednesday, but I'm not sure how much.

I can't vouch for VT but I think you'll probably be driving through MA and we are slated for 6-10 inches weds, but that could end up being nothing or 2 feet the way this winter is going

Not sure what the mystery pallet that raqnroll felt the need to get everyone all riled up about ( ) has on it - empty, filled bottles, etc.... but my understanding is that Cherry Flora is going to be in 500ml bottles.

And yeah, Excursions #1 is the former Three Magic Letters. I like having a numbering system to that series now.

Cool. Yes, I agree as well. Given that it's going to be different hops each batch (at least how I understood it), numbers will help keep it straight...

My buddy's going up Friday, hoping he can also get to the Farmer's Market on Sat. Too bad Daybreak isn't hitting along with CD8 this week. Orange Liqueur barrel aged stout brewed with citrus - I don't know how I can handle it!

Opened a Biere de Norma this evening. 750 domed straight up on a Tuesday. Label says "2012 Vintage, 1200 bottles" since Norma is brewed every year and released the subsequent March, I'm going to assume this is the 2013 release brewed in 2012?

Either way, this is incredible. I had a bottle fresh, another at Farmhouse Fest and now again in February. If you have bottles of this, it's tasting really amazing right now. If this was a 1.5 litre bottle, I'd still drink it all by myself. Really top-notch!!! Definitly 3rd place behind Art & Flora for my favorite saisons from Shaun.

I'm going up next week....hopefully CD8 is still on and maybe something else? The new IPA sounds awesome.

Dat bottle list has me excited. If there's anyone here going up that doesn't want their CD8, let me know. I really enjoyed Edith so if that's one of the components, I'm interested in getting 2 bottles.

Trying to figure out if I actually am going to drive up tomorrow. Need to take Rt 2 all the way over to Maine afterward if I do...

I work from home so don't really care too much. Let me open my black-out shades and go outside. I literally spend 16 hours a day in a blacked out house with 3 humidifiers going.

Looks like 10 inches of snow. HFS is a little higher elevation from me so I'm going to guess they got a bit more...probably 10 degrees colder so in the teens? My plow trucks haven't gone by yet so the road is pretty much undrivable right now I'm gonna be stuck here until tonight easily.....not that is really a big deal. I'd definitely die if I cut my arm off or something.
