Any clue why mine and others posts went down in TWO different hf threads on BA?

I actually asked one of the mods why the BA thread was deleted. Answer I got was the false info about Mimosa being available today and the ensuing posts resulting from that post.

They probabaly could have just removed those posts rather than nuking the whole thread, but whatever.

Twilight in bottles available this week. Great price point @ $8/500ml...Hope to grab just a couple more Elab2s if available.

Glad to see twilight in bottles. Elab 2 was a sleeper for me, great, great beer. Hopefully there's still some next time I get up there. Could use a couple more to hold onto

How big was the pumpkin flavor? I'm decidedly not a fan of pumpkin, but it's hard to turn away from a HF saison.

Shame Port Damon won't be available this week when I go up, but I'll be excited to finally get some BoT.

Very minimal. Just adds a certain sweetness and earthiness to the brew. It's still very dry, but there's a little bit of sweetness if you look for it.

My buddy was 2nd in line Saturday and said Soigne and Elab 2 were down to 1/person, as they only had 2 cases left at opening. My guess is they're gone.

I can get down with this. From Twitter:
@HillFarmstead: Brewing a hoppy (juicy?) farmstead ale destined for a rest in wine barrels...

As much as I love when they post stuff like this, I also wish they wouldn't.

I think it comes down to Shaun being excited to brew something cool and wanting to share it as most artists/makers do. However, a lot of things HFS makes come out 12 months later and some things never come out at all. Telling the world about something so early on can sometimes be a mistake.

Like sharing on FB that you are preggo as step out of the bathroom w/ the dip stick still wet from the test...It's nice to share with the good news and be there to collectively mourn if necessary.

I think I read that they are saving that for on-site consumption once the expansion is complete.
Yeah last time we were up there, we saw the Being and Time bottle in the retail shop (next to the Damon homebrew bottle) and inquired. Shaun mentioned that it's going to be on-site only possibly in the spring.

Issues with the bottles?

We had asked Shaun a while back about Being and Time and he was saying on site consumption once phase 2 is complete. That would be fine with me, can't wait to see what goodies they make available once that's done.
