Opened a dry hopped bottle of Arthur from 1/16 tonight, fantastic, beyond amazing, probably the most insane fisher I have ever opened though.

As much ad I love all of the other farmhouse ales/saisons, this is the kinda bottle that reminds me that Arthur is still the king!

Double Citra AND Double Galaxy on tap at the same time, three different limited bottles in retail, three different cans, a kickass coffee version of Damon onsite along with other goodies. Go ahead and try to change my mind that there is a better brewery than Hill Farmstead out there.

Also, did anyone else notice they dropped 2L growler prices on DIPAs again? What a time to be alive.

I enjoy HF but i'm still a sucker for SARA, Upright, Suarez, Fantome etc...these guys are easily on par. What i'm actually trying to say is Shaun Hill is easily the best brewer in the world. There's honestly no one else remotely in his class, in my estimation. These beers are so much better than anything else I've had, in their styles, and this is true across so many different types of beer. It's just unbelievable the degree to which I enjoy these beers more than other representations of the same style. I don't say this lightly either. It would be convenient if I didn't need to drive a thousand miles for my favorite beers, but that's just the reality of the situation.

It will be interesting to see if CD24 lasts until next Saturday. Hopefully it won’t get too crazy!

The wife and I are thinking of heading up next Saturday before a wedding in NY. Save some beer but I will be happy with Mary or Poetica (how much better can it get?) and Edward. We haven’t been up there since August for our wedding. Longest time in forever. It makes sense though... maybe that is what is missing in my life!

Hopefully we make it happen and I see some of you folks.

The wife and I are thinking of heading up next Saturday before a wedding in NY. Save some beer but I will be happy with Mary or Poetica (how much better can it get?) and Edward. We haven’t been up there since August for our wedding. Longest time in forever. It makes sense though... maybe that is what is missing in my life!

I believe the “fourth” series of CDs have tended to last a bit longer, so I’d think you should be fine. In general the 750ml CDs (Basically any except the recent 1-2pp fruited ones) seem to be lasting quite a bit longer regardless, so seems you’d be fine. But I guess you never know.

Poetica is definitely one of the better beers I've had so far this year.

Anybody running the Hill Half Marathon/at all familiar with the course? I’m mostly curious if it’s primarily the dirt roads in the area or it’s mostly legit rugged trails through mud and such.

Seems quite challenging and a great event regardless just curious what I’d be getting into...

I plan on heading up tomorrow too, I'll be wearing my favorite local craft brewery shirt, crocs, and a fedora.
