^ I'ma drink mine soon maybe. Have a 7/14 and 11/14 left, my preciouses :D

Hnnnng, I really am hoping they have Florence available when I visit in a month. By far my favorite HF I've had (haven't had any of the more limited stuff).

I have had most of the limited stuff and Flo still holds a special place in my loins. ******* love that beer and it's been better than some of the BA stuff I have had.

Same. Well besides Soigne, Nordic and Arthur.

Cracked the bottle thinking I'd only drink some and save the rest for today. Didn't go as plan, so ISO moar!

I love when Aunt Flo comes to visit!

I haven't had much HF, but Nordic was my least favorite. I've only tried Arthur, Brother Soigne, Clara and Anna though. So take that for what you will. ;)

Missed Ann by 2 minutes on Thursday (last one was being poured in front of me)...but thankfully the person who bought it was a friend of mine. It was good. Ann isn't my favorite HFS BA saison, but glad to have tried it. I purchased an E. for onsite and it's really good. My girlfriend preferred it to Ann.

Stopped back up today to drink a Flora Plum onsite. Really enjoy that they're selling cellared beers out of the tasting room now.

Staying at the stagecoach through the weekend, if anyone else is staying here and would like to pop a bottle or two...drop me a line. I brought a few cool things with me. Otherwise I will be crushing the **** out of Foley and Hill Farmstead on draft throughout Waterbury.

KFiedler, or anyone else up at HF today, by chance did you have any sense of whether they still had a solid amount of E. bottles to-go heading into Saturday? – really hoping to grab a couple to take home when i'm up there. i did notice they sold out of Genealogy bottles :[

also, how do customers know what rare vintage bottles are available for on-site consumption – do they just list 'em in the tasting room until they're no longer available?

I didn't grab any e. today since I got it yesterday...I only went up to drink something onsite. There was a healthy amount left yesterday around 4pm though.

When you go in the tasting room, there is a list of bottles available for onsite. It's typically whatever is available in the retail shop at a slight markup (IE, you can drink e. onsite for $40/bottle)..and lately there has been some recent releases available as well (as of today, CD16 and Flora Plum and some others)...and occasionally they put out a few rarities. Weds was an unreleased flora cherry b1, and thurs was Ann.

Are you staying in Waterbury?

On Weds., March 30, we'll release two beers:

Civil Disobedience #17: Nearly 3 years of development, this is a blend of four threads aged in wine barrels between 16 and 24 months including, notably, a fragment of spontaneously fermented citrus beer. Bottle conditioned for 11 months. Each 750ml bottle is $30 with a limit of 4 bottles per person.

Madness & Civilization #6: This iteration was aged in a 500 liter port barrel that previously held Damon, refilled with a blend of six different beers including Damon and Everett. Aged for 26 months. Each 500ml bottle is $20 with a limit of 2 bottles per person.

EDIT: **** yeah

For the sake of science, opened up a Florence Stainless this afternoon. Better, def better. Reminds me a bit of a light (old) (newly released) Arthur w/ zero tartness (i hope that makes sense). I'd recommend that if you are sampling multiple Florences, have this one first...cheers!

Cracked the Dry-Hopped Arthur with cascade today. I love the **** out of Arthur, but was skeptical how much I'd enjoy this iteration out of stainless. Clear differences from good ol' Arthur, less tart, more citrus and floral. Very enjoyable for sure and one I'd drink again.

This batch has been straight gold the last few months. The last one I had was Flora-level good.

That batch was Flora-level good from the day it was released. I drank all mine :( I think it's better than Flora b6. I like Florence but I don't universally love Florence like some people. That batch is NOTICEABLY different and wildly better than other recent Florence batches.

**** I gotta pop one. I've always considered 7/14 Flo to be "Magic Flo." Gotta revisit 4/15.

Just opened an 02/15 Arthur, best Arthur ever.
down to 1 left of those... sounds like a birthday beer in a month

I think this is the only batch of Florence over the last 3-4 years I've missed
