Given their concern for ensuring people aren't driving impaired, I would guess they will have a clear policy on limiting the amount consumed on site. Perhaps a choice of either a pint OR buying the samplers. Either way, great news...

Now I think someone just needs to buy some property and build a B&B on Hill Road

I can't imagine the taproom would be open later than their normal retail hours.
But I do wonder if expanded hours are coming once the expansion is 100% done? I'm really curious about more details of what the new retail/on-site drinking policies will be when that time comes. Patience and we'll find out, hopefully this summer is the time!

It is consistently dead there towards the end of the day (save for saturdays?).
Don't see them staying open much later, although they'd be wise to open earlier imo.

will be awesome to be able to have a pint / share a bottle and snack on some cheese (hopefully)!

I mean that's what the winners email said would happen to those bottles that weren't paid for.. I guess maybe every single one will get bought but I have to imagine there were some speculative winners that people didn't take

Yea, I saw that information also but I can't locate it any longer. All I found was this, on both freshtix and HF sites

"Should buyer fail to pick up their bottle, he/she forfeits their bottle. Winners who fail to pick up their bottle will NOT be refunded the $47.70 or service charges. Forfeitures will be used to support local charities via donations and future fundraising events."

Perhaps more days open, but quite honestly if I were Shaun, I would not want the taproom open past 5 PM and have people around my home at all hours.

Fair point. Perhaps just add Sunday 12-5? Or keep it as it is now as that seems more manageable for those guys as is now.

Being & Time

Spoke to Shaun last Wednesday about Being & Time's potential for taproom only service and did not get a clear confirmation that this would come to fruition. There was not a full on denial of such either; only thing that did seem clear was that said beer and all related topics have received a good deal of thought.

Called Freshtix. I only signed up for Fri/Sat raffle. Asked if I could be added to Thursday (as i can make that day work now) they said no. They also wouldn't confirm or deny if all bottles have been paid for in full. In the dark over here

it's in the initial "Winner" email... says if they are not paid for they will make them available for new winners...

the part you posted now is if they do pay but don't pick up.. that will go to charity

No. Anyone that entered the raffle and say chose Wed-Sat and won Wed & Sat but can't go both days and chose not to complete the transaction for one of the days that day's bottle is up for grabs and Freshtix will redraw a second chance lottery if any remaining bottles arent paid for. They will do this tomorrow.
