St. Terese's Pale Ale freaking rocks!!!! I can't get enough of this stuff. Excellent Cascade aroma and flavor. Perfect bitterness (to me). If they sold it any closer to my house i could probably quit eating at all!

I've really enjoyed Highland's beers especially the tasgall scotch and cold mountain winter.

I agree, i think their beers are really solid, i definitely like their Gaelic Ale and the Kasmir

I had a few Gaelics at dinner while in Hendersonville last weekend. Very tasty.
