I bottled a high gravity beer last week. 1.030. Opened one today and it has very little carbonation. I know that one week is way too soon to enjoy, but i am hoping this beer will be ready for general consumption in three weeks. I also bottled a mango ipa at the same time and carination is almost perfect already. Should i be concerned?
Next question, has anyone had to add more priming sugar after bottling. If so what was your procedure.
