Hi folks,
Started brewing with a basic equipment set up last November and have made a few different kit batches and ciders up to this point. Looking to up my game in the near future with kegging and force carbonation. Currently doing ~5 gallon batches in standard glass 6.5 gallon carboys, with a smaller 5 gallon carboy for possible kegless lagering sometime this summer. I've attached a few labels I've been working on as well for fun and flavor. Good to meet ya'll, and looking forward to tips, commiseration, and feedback!
