edit #2: i've used real cola nuts to infuse booze before...but never to make real cola soda....

Haha! My name is Greg. It is a picture of an angry egg. To me it looks like it is saying "Grrrr".

I am new to home brew soda but I hope to learn a lot here I will let you know what I find! I am going to try my first batch of cream this weekend based on some posts I found. Basically vanilla soda.

That's a great idea. The current plan was to make smallish, 2 gallon, batches. Still a lot to drink if I am playing with recipes.

Also not sure if I want to drink that much soda all the time to justify making new flavors. Making it into 2 liters would let me transport it.
