Hi everybody I'm a pretty new homebrewer, I've done two batches of cider so far and am planning a few more. I can't have anything with gluten so I'm mostly interested in ciders and meads, maybe wine someday too. I'm excited to join this lovely community and keep learning from all the smart folks here
