Welcome! You will find plenty of good information here.
And IMO win is probably easier to make than that tea. Just sanitize a bucket add concentrated juice and yeast and let it do it's thing! Ok, maybe a bit more than that, but it's pretty easy. You have to play with it a couple of times during it's fermentation and aging, but not much. I bet if you browsed the wine section and do a bit of reading you'd see how easy it is.
