I'll introduce myself real quick: I'm from Almere, The Netherlands and am not only a home brewer, but also have a nano commercial brewery. My batch size is about 100 liters (yes, I'm from over the pond sooo metric ;-)) and am here to just read up on new subjects in general.

Hi @JavaBoon. Good to see yet another European on this site. We're getting truly international and the more the better in my opinion
Very píssed off to see your local homebrew store in Almere is closing down after all the trouble they had moving premises. They used to be my goto suppliers and their customer services team was second to none, but i guess you know all about that.
So what do you brew and what's the best seller from your commercial enterprise?
 
TBH, I don't miss brouwmarkt much. They have had supply issues the last 5 years. but then again, most of my supplies are bought from wholesale.

I brew anything that I like myself. At the moment a simple ebbegarden kveik blond beer. My best selling beer is a single hop triple. It is even on the menu of a restaurant that is in the Michelin guide. I produce very little volume, but it's fun to do.
