Hello All,

Thought this a good place to make a quick introduction. I started my first home brew about two weeks ago. Its from a Mr. Beer kit, and as you can infer from my username, I'm completely hooked. I've been reading what ever I can find on the subject. I love IPAs and am hoping to start brewing my own. I also want to break from the prepared brewing packages and making my own from raw ingredients.

I'm looking forward to exploring the information in the forums. As I read and brew tons of questions come to mind so I'm excited about this resource.

Cheers!
Tim

Tim...I've heard that "they" say BEER/alcohol is addictive, well, these people are not brewers!!! I'm new to brewing as well (my story is in Introductions, under "Hi from Florida"). I have a wheat in bottles, a lager in secondary and an ale in primary. 3 batches since May 23rd!!!
There is so much information, here and all over the web!
Sarah.

From what I've experienced already,we're on the cutting edge here with brewing ideology. Even some theories of mine I took some serious flaming over got some of the big shots to re-write their books & whatnot, when other folks found out my theory into practice was correct.
We all do that at one time or other. You never know what'll cross your mind here!

Welcome welcome welcome from another female homebrewer. I've been at it for about a year now, and can say that it's a very addictive but also very rewarding hobby.

cheers!:mug:
