Hello from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

I'm a total noob to home brewing but figured since I love beer (more than bears love honey), it would be a good hobby for the winter that is quickly approaching! I actually dove right in and brewed and all grain amber ale this weekend and surprisingly it looks like it will turn out alright, though I didn't taste it yet. I look forward to many great batches over the coming months and the guidance this forum provides is sure to come in handy.
