I stumbled on homebrewtalk.com whilst searching extensively for information on making my fresh pressed pear juice (cider?) into some sort of alcoholic beverage. This forum just kept coming up with useful information so I joined! Looking forward to learning a lot about brewing (the hubby and I are pretty new to this)!!
