Hi from Poland, the land where Grodziskie style beer is from. I'be been brewing since 3 years. Im a teacher and musician. Married to a beautiful wife.

IPAs, Stouts, Porters(haven't made Baltic version though), English Ale, Golden Ale, Belgian IPA, one Lager and the last one is Pumpkin Ale which just started fermenting. I am still exploring various styles in my brewing adventure

Second "Witamy". I'm half polish (bring on the jokes) and I'm glad I get to see someone else from the motherland. I had some amazing beers at a local brewpub a few years ago in Gdansk. Don't know how the scene is in Poland though. All i know is that I'd really love to brew a Baltic porter.

My heart lies in Gdansk though. But we're qualified for the WC 2018!

I'm feeling a little deficient, as I'm only 1/4 Polish. Love the food and the people.

I'm married to a 1/2 Pole, today was national pierogi day in the USA. Welcome to the forum. My beer club buds liked this porter.

I may be half Polish genetically but sadly never learned anything about the culture. I doubt I even pronounce my last name correctly! No doubt you're making better use of your 25%. :mug:

Thanks. The craft beer market is really big now here. There are quite a lot of festivals going on throughout the year, and new breweries are popping up. You should try either Baltic Porter by Pinta or Imperium Prunum by Kormoran - Baltic Porter brewed with smoked Polish plums.

Cool. Pierogi are awesome with beer. However this is a mainstream beer that you have here, but it ages quite well.
