Hi everyone, found the website last night & thought may as well join. Too much knowledge is never enough. I am from the Central Coast, which is about 1 hour north of Sydney. Have been brewing about 10 years now & started doing allgrain about 3 years ago. It really is an addiction isn't it. I try to brew about once a month & do 45 litre batches. My equipment is crude, but it does the job.Hoping to gather more knowledge from all you brewers. Crusher
