Hello there! All of 23 years old and I'm terribly at odds with technology, so this is my first time using a forum at all and I've come looking for some advice, as well as share in beer thoughts and experiences. I'm about to make a loose interpretation of Founder's Breakfast Stout (http://www.foundersbrewing.com/) and have chosen to go with Summit Hops (alpha acid: 17-19%). I've never used this varietal but was curious about it.. especially its use in a stout instead of an IPA as I've come to read over mostly in other forums. Has anyone else used it in a stout? For those unfamiliar with the Breakfast Stout, its a double-chocolate coffee oatmeal stout. Delicious! 100 pts. from RateBeer..
