Hi from Southeast TX!

Just joined the forums & looking at ideas for building a single burner gravity fed system (all grain) utilizing a SS pot and Gott coolers (like the ones on the sidelines at a football game). I'm looking for a capacity of 5 gal. Currently I brew w/ a friend who has a really nice 3 tier gravity fed 10 gal system, and we just split the beer. Any ideas, tips, or plans/diagrams are welcome!
