Hi Guys

Super stoked to have found this forum, a definite wealth of information, I can only hope that I may be able to make some valuable contribution some day. I have been fermenting food for some time now. I ventured into pineapple beer and have now invested in brewing equipment for beer and hope to create a semblance of my favorite stout with help from this community.

I just made a coffee stout. I have one left in the fridge and am saving it for a special occasion. To me the stout is the most varied style: ABV low to high, lots of hops to few, sweet or dry, very thick mouthfeel or like silk down your throat. The only thing that really says stout is nice and dark. Whether your are a dude or chick, a dark beer aint for *******. Stouts are for beer people. Hope yours turns out great!:mug:
