New to the forum & a relatively novice brewer living in a suburb of Sydney, Australia.
I'm doing small batch, (10 litre - approx 2.65 gallons) all grain BIAB on my stovetop.
Have largely been keeping things simple & cheap but do have an old fridge with temperature control.
The small batches have allowed me to brew more often, so I've tried a few different things. Whether they are authentic or true to style is hard for me to say but I have been enjoying the hobby.
Looking forward to learning a few things & getting to know some of you on the forum.
