Getting back into homebrewing after 10+ years off. I got lazy, my HB buddies moved away and there were so many good beers available to drink I got my variety 'fix' from the beer stores.
At least I sat on my equipment and did not get rid of it. Time to dust it off and start brewing again (could HBing be the PERFECT wintertime hobby?)
Now my goals are to reproduce some of my favorite beers, and some of the harder to find ones - starting with extract brewing and maybe going all-grain. I have a basement with plenty of room for science experiments
My favorites at the moment:
Founders Breakfast Stout
Old Rasputin Imperial Stout
Edmund Fitzgerald Porter
Two Hearted Ale IPA
The Reverend (Quad)
Three Philosophers (Quad)
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier
Lagunitas Maximus Imperial IPA
Fullers ESB (harder to find these days, but I have a soft spot for this one)
