Hey everyone. Long time lurker here. I've got a very kludgy induction-powered all grain brewery in a basement, and I'm more than happy to share the output for a little help and company

I'd love to talk to anybody about induction vs HERMS for those of us stuck brewing electrically, I'm still curious about the pros and cons.
