Hi everyone! Let me first start off by thanking the creators of this site. I have been slowing working my way through the site and am finding hundreds of different tips that will help me in this seemingly overwhelming hobby. Today I received my Mr. Beer Home Brewing kit and am excited to get started. I am most likely going to be ordering a 5 gallon plastic jug to get started with my brewing. I hope everyone can help me through as I get through my growing pains and when I pick things up along the way, I will make sure to help anyone out who needs it. Sláinte!
