Hey everyone.

Been brewing almost 3 years now and have been lurking around here for a while. I got into brewing when I returned from a trip to Germany and realized I couldn't get a decent hefeweizen for less than $12 a 6 pack so decided I needed to make my own. ue to time constraints I have been an extract brewer and been very happy with that for now. Some day I may graduate to all grain.
