gentlemen,

i want to say hi and thank you for all the info on the site. i have been reading all i can over the past few weeks before i joined as a member. i am new to home brewing and have yet to brew my first batch, i plan on reading all i can before i start putting together a system, this way i know i get the best one that works for me.

i drink everything and anything (with the exception of extremely hoppy IPAs) and cant wait to start brewing myself.

I retired from the Army in Clarksville about 11 yrs ago. Back then Blackhorse Brewery was a pretty good place to slake a thirst.
