I'm fairly new to HBT and home brewing. I've been brewing for about three years now, but the batches have been few and far between. I'm starting to pick up the pace. Right now I have a whiskey barrel stout aging and I'm brewing centennial blonde on Monday.

I understand what you mean I'm a new brewer in northern Louisiana and looking for fellow home brewers bur no luck so far. I just bottled a chocolate stout on Thursday.
