Before moving to Florida from Scotland (Nov 2020) I dabbled in brewing beer (Coopers Lager) and making wine. I had varying degrees of success but the product was always drinkable

I am now thinking of going back to home brewing however I brought none of my equipment with me
and now seek guidance.
