Hey everyone!
I've been making wine for a few years now and for some reason thought that making beer was too magical a process to attempt with the boiling, chilling, and what not, so I stayed away from it. What the h#!! was I thinking?
It's pretty straightforward and my first brew is fermenting happily as I write.
It's also great that I don't have to wait 6 months to a year for my brew to be drinkable like I do with my wine.
Anyway, this forum is great and I've already learned a tremendous amount of info while cruising around the threads. And I promise I won't start any "did I ruin my beer/is my fermentation stuck/why does my two week old brew taste bad" threads
