Hi from a beginner

Hi this is Lenard, I'm a novice brewer now, having made a homemade passion fruit beer once about a month ago, learning from an online menu, using wheat malt and pilsner malt, and ended up finding a big problem with saccharification efficiency and yeast selection. Hope to learn more about brewing in this forum.

Welcome to the forum. There is tons of information here. As a beginner I suggest you do a lot of research to learn more about what you want to brew, which ingredients to work with and your equipment needs. Good luck moving forward.
