Hello, name here is Dave McDougall and I'm located on the north shore of PEI close to Cavendish. I've just picked up my supplies and going to start beating the tax man and enjoy a new hobby.
I'm going to go the easy route a couple of times and bought a BrewHouse kit (American Premium Lager) so no boiling water or adding sugar. Looking forward to getting a little more technical after a few initial brews. Picked up a good deal in the classifieds for 14 doz. swing top bottles so I'm ready to brew. Cheers
