Newbie to the home-brew scene. One pretty poor attempt from a beer kit last year, but am back on it (doing a bit of all-grain brewing) and currently have a 1 gallon batch of Brewdog Punk IPA bubbling away nicely. Went into demijohn on Friday night (having hit the recipes required OG) and was going strong Saturday morning. Early days, but very positive first signs.

Will lurk in the background, soaking up all the good advice that's knocking around and will hopefully have some decent beers to drink in the not too distant future.

I'm sure I've never brewed a 1 gallon batch of all grain beer. You'll have to write an article and tell us how you did it.
