Hello guys. My name is Aaron, from Allentown, PA. Just introducing myself, I lurked for a while and learned quite a bit, but now I am looking forward to picking some people's brains and making some quality homebrew. As of right now I have 1 brew under my belt, was an extract with steeping... turned out ok, got an off taste I can't place, but figured I would give it a couple more weeks in the bottle. I have a czech pilsner fermenting now and would like to do a stout next, any recomendations?
