Because the records indicated that I had never posted to this site before.....

I am still fairly new to this hobby but have become quickly obsessed. I am on about my eighth batch and have recently started kegging. For Christmas my beautiful wife bought me a small fridge with kegs and co2. I am thinking about converting to a kegarator but nervous about construction. Any help appreciated!

The fridge is a Sanyo (unsure of model). It has the compressor in the back with no light in the ceiling and no little freezer compartment. I think it is a good candidate for a kegarator. I'm just nervous about ruining it. Any ideas on what I should look for in terms of qualities needed for a kegarator?

After surfing for a while yesterday, I found pictures of one similar with step by step instructions...very helpful. The instructions mentioned using a mixture of cornstarch and water spread on top to find the coolant lines in the fridge. Not sure what that was about.

Thanks for your reply and help.

Welcome! Good to see another person from Nashville on the board! What part of town are you in? I'm out near Bellevue.
