Hey everyone I'm from Edmonton AB up in Canada. Up here the drinking age is 18 so I've been involved in the world of beer for a few years, worked at a liquorstore as soon as I was of age and learned as much about beer as possible. I don't work there anymore but it enlightened me to a whole lot of beer knowledge before I was 20, now 21 I have a small brewery in the basement of a fraternity house that I'm a brother of. I planted 4 strains of hop rhizomes last summer and I try to brew a batch a week however during the school year that becomes a helluva lot more difficult. I brew with mini mash technique and both bottle and keg the beer I do. I'm in school for microbiology and want to get into the biofuel game but I have a pipe dream of having a brewery some day.
And ya that's a bit about me, everyone seems super friendly here I've used this site for a long time but never posted so I thought I'd finally introduce myself to the community
