Hi there!

I have done two all extract brews a couple years ago that never turned out how I had hoped, but have now graduated college and and am trying to start up again the right way. I now have a converted keg and and just finished my first attempt at a west coast IPA with specialty grains and lots of hops. I am hoping to improve my setup over the the next year and for my next batch will try BIAB before upgrading to an all grain mash tun.

I will probably have some newbie questions so I thank you in advance for your patience! I plan to join as a full member with my next paycheck.

Thanks!

You will amaze yourself with what you are able to produce in a very short time! wELCOME
