The lid to one of my kegs is the type shown on this page: http://www.chicompany.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_3_89&products_id=515

As the page says the metal nut PR valves are no longer made. It's hard to tell from the pic, but the hex nut valve screws into a raised collar of about equal height as the nut. Is there a PR valve on the market that replaces this metal/hex nut version? I can't find one, a standard grey one doesn't work it's WAY too tall. I ordered a 'universal' PR valve including the body from KegConnection but it isn't going to work unless I drill out the lid with a drill bit I don't even have! I'll need to drill out the lid to look like this http://www.chicompany.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_3_89&products_id=512 in order to use the new standard PR valve. This will be a big pain because of the freaking collar!

Thanks,
Phillip
