Herms 240V, 2 Element, 2 Pump

Just looking for confirmation, looking to build a 240 e brew herms setup. Looking at using the following wiring diagram from p-j. just wondering if there is a reason to not use it... keeping it mostly basic, will switch my thermocouple moving from hlt to bk and flip the dpdt switch for element control.

So doing a little HW on this and had a question. The DPST switch called for seems to only be rated for 15A. Wouldn't this be a bit low? Would I not need something at least 20A ( http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/NKK-Toggle-Switch-2TPE4?Pid=search )?

Please correct me if I am wrong, I just would prefer not to melt a perfectly good switch if I overpower it.
