This is a short video of my new herms set up. I cook for a living so I have access to this cool polyscience temp controlled sous vide circulator. I thought this may of interest to other so I decided to post a short demo video. I used a stainless wort chiller submersed in my HLT to maintain mash temps within .3 degrees of my target mash temp and I recirculate the mash through the warm water bath. Seems to work pretty well so far.

Nice to find multiple uses for cool equipment. You might find your step mashing to be slower once you have a grain bed, it adds a lot of mass to the process so temp rise takes a bit longer than plain water.
