I'm new to this forum. Can anyone explain what ISO means? Or how about Ft and when someone says "Pm me"? Is there anything else I'm missing?

Ft ... Usually means Fort as in Ft Bragg but it might mean feet as well

FT (in this forum) means For Trade, not Fort or Feet

You also might see $4$ in this area. This means "dollar for dollar". When trading, we use it to indicate that we just want equal value to what we paid for a beer.
