I am new at making wine ,the kit I have says to degass completly till no more bubbles could take up to 3 days. I am using a wine agitator and have been for 4 days and nothing has seemed to change. From using the drill on too high of a speed could I have ruined the wine? Please help

No, it should be fine. You are saying you still have gas in the wine, even after using a drill?

I'd suggest using a sanitized turkey baster or wine thief and taking out a sample of wine and putting it into a glass. Check for any bubbles, and then cover it with your hand and shake it up. If it doesn't foam or bubble, then you're done. I've never not had the wine completely degassed in about 30 minutes, so I don't understand what the kit directions mean by "up to 3 days".

What kit are you using?
