Help With Taking Apart a Weird D Type Sanke Keg

Hello Folks,

I am having a hard time finding information on how to take a Sanke Keg Spear out of a Tecate/Dos Eques keg. It is the D type coupler, but does not have the tab to take a ring out. I can't even notice a ring there. Please have a look at the pic and let me know what you all think. Thanks bunches.

Do you know if it goes clockwise or counter clockwise?

Okay. Thank you very much. I will work in a way to try to unscrew it. The hammer and screwdriver trick trying to start it is not working. It's not budging.

I think I actually used the tap to unscrew it... Prob not the best idea, but I think that's how infially got it

I think once you unscrew it, you need a "tap like" device to unlock a spring retainer doohickey that is below the check ball.

I don't like those either!
