help with STC 1000 temp controller...........

so its been a while since I've had the time to brew, unfortunately life and work usually get in the way of life!
my question is how do you reset/adjust the temperature on the STC-1000?
I have tries the search on here and the internet in general but have come up empty. TIA for any help you offer
