This is my first time using most of these spices. Im wondering if i should adjust any more or less. The recipe is:

6 lbs pale ale malt
1 lbs rye malt
1 lbs dark belgian candi sugar
.75 lbs munich malt
.5 lbs crystal 10 malt
.38 chocolate malt
1 oz cinnamon sticks
1/2 oz licorice root
1 oz wintergreen leaves
3/4 oz ground ginger
1/2 oz ground nutmeg

1 oz goldings (60 min)

US-04 Yeast

Im shooting for a strong cinnamon flavor and wintergreen flavor, moderate ginger flavor, and light licorice and nutmeg flavor. Any suggestions?

I know cinnamon sticks weigh about .1 oz each. Are you planning on 10 cinnamon sticks? That might be overkill. I just did a Holiday ale and used only 1 stick and it was noticeable yet not overpowering by any means.

The 1 oz pack I bought came with 6 sticks, all varying in size. Maybe I'll back that off o 1/2 oz.
