This is my first post and I am looking to make a beer that is not a porter or stout with strong oat flavor. I am looking for help with ideas and recipes on what style and ingredients to use to obtain a great beer with oat flavor and small accent flavors that do not over power the oats in the beer. Any help is greatly appreciated and I look forward to the help and ideas. Thanks
