Hi all I have a small problem.
I've got a Coopers European lager on the go but the is no airlock activity.
I have the brew under the stairs and can smell the eggy smell as if it's fermenting but no bubblies.
The brew is stable at 14/15c witch Coopers recommend.
I've got it on a heat pad and have turned the heat up a bit but no joy?.
I'm thinking the lid must be leaking the eggy smell out so do you guys think this brew will be ok it's been on now 5 days
Thanks guys for any help
Mat

I had that happen with the OS lager kit I got with my micro brew kit. Initial fermentation was pretty quiet, but it did ferment out. Let it go.
