I'm trying to come up with my own recipe and I'm thinking ESB bc I have some fuggle hops that I need to use. So this is my first recipe that I have tried to come up with my self so be nice

10 gal 75% effic

18lb maris otter
8 oz Carmel 10
8 oz caramel 120
8oz victory
8oz biscuit

Then I plan on bittering to 40 ibu The fuggle that I have are 4.4 aa and I have some magnum at 14 aa I think

So what do you all think? And thanks in advance for the help

Looks good to me, except drop either the biscuit or the victory, since they're essentially the same.
Or you could even drop both and still get enough biscuit character from the Maris otter, but that depends on what you're going for. I usually don't use biscuit if maris otter is the base malt.
