Good day ladies and gentlemen. Well what happens is I want to make 5 liters of beer I have these ingredients.

- Pilsen Malt
- Caramel 120 Malt
- Cascade Hops
- Safale S-04 Yeast
- Carrageenan

What style of beer I can do with it? What amounts need of each to produce 5 liters of beer? By the way I also worry about water because I don't know what amount need to obtain 5 liters, due that in cooking process I know that a lot of water is lost. I hope your help.

Kind of hard to answer really, depending on how you combine things it could be an IPA, amber ale... what style beer would you like to end with then look at any of the brewing calculators and start playing with numbers!

I am assuming you are brewing all-grain. You can easily do an IPA, pale ale, or amber/red ale with those ingredients. Although most of the IPAs and Pales that I have brewed have Pale 2 Row as the base malt, you should be able to substitute for the Pilsen. The flavor won't be the same, and it might be a bit lighter/crisper than if you had pale 2 row..it should still yield a good beer.

you will need to figure out your boil off rate.
fill your kettle with a known amount of water, boil for 1 hour & measure the difference.
keep in mind you will need a 90 min boil to avoid DMS issues with the pilsner malt.
also allow .1 gallon per pound for absorption.
not knowing your efficiency I'd say start with 2 lbs base grain per gallon so...
2.25 lb pilsner
2 oz. c-120
.25 oz cascade @ 60 mins.
